I was thinking about your question and, honestly, I think I struggle to do anything "kotsu-kotsu". I love big projects that overwhelm my mind and my life for a little bit but I could probably use a few things that slow me down. I'm too impatient! Ha!
As we recently discovered while working together, I share a very similar tendency—to let myself get completely consumed by a project, even at the expense of my health and sleep schedule. I say I want to settle into a rhythm that’s a little more sustainable for me for this substack… we’ll see how that’s goes. 😂
